An online course is under development which will provide a deeper understanding of self and how you can be a more effective classroom teacher, and will be a perfect complement to the Personal Learning Toolbox for Teachers. 

I hope you stay in education to make a difference in the lives of the upcoming generations but for those who have decided to leave the classroom, I am working on a book identifying realistic career alternatives in both education and in industry.
